Antique Sterling Silver Nail Buffer monogrammed Patented 1909 Allman Lustre

Just want to mention I have been selling on my husband’s
account Bdborn. At the time of writing this we have
100% positive feedback with 157 reviews. So- same great service,
different account.
This antique monogrammed nail buffer is marked “Sterling” and i
s being offered for sale in extremely worn condition as pictured. To be clear -the nail buffer shows tremendous wear and age. Additionally- I am selling it “as found-” so it would benefit from a thorough cleaning.
There is a marking on the nail buffer that reads, “Pat March 9 1909” The inside has a label that reads “The Allman Lustre.”  There is an additional label on the other side but I am unable to read it in entirety (Please see photo). The clasp works- you must push in the little “lever” to open the case.
